Healthy Living Progress Pictures: F/23/5’3 [195> 145] 4 yr difference. Started with keto (the worst), then I SLOWLY learned what my body likes. Wore myself out at the gym because that’s what I thought I had to do. Quarantine happened. I lost 5lbs. Was it muscle loss? Idk. But I feel better, and I think my body enjoys the rest.
