Healthy Living: F/33/5’6” [225 > 150 = 75lbs] 4 years between these photos. in the past 40 days I have started toning my body. I run on the treadmill (15-25 minutes) and then 4 reps 3 sets (I don’t know the lingo 😅 sorry!) of weights. I squat 100 times and I plank. Working up to 2 minutes currently. I also IF
