Healthy Living Progress Pictures: F/23/5’5 [160 > 145 = 15lbs] [5 months] Not much progress in the last 5 months, but started at 185-190 in January made my way down to 160 in June and I’m currently sitting around 145. Done through CICO, weight training 4-5x a week, and light cardio. Only about 10-15 more pounds to go. Congratulations to GREAT results with my new FREE Cookbook!
