Healthy Living: F/29/4’11 [170 > 130 = 40 lbs] 8 months of exercising regularly + CICO. I used to barely be able to run for 5 minutes straight and now I can run 5+ miles nonstop—I’m genuinely more proud of that accomplishment than what the scale has to say.
