Healthy Living Progress Pictures: F/46/5’0” [150>124>128] My Gw is 120 but can’t seem to get there. I just seem to go up and down from 122-128 this past year.. Nonetheless, very happy as I’ve always been overweight and even 5-10lbs difference shows a lot at my short height. What worked: gym3-5x/wk and counting macros.
