Healthy Living Progress Pictures: M/22/5’9” [297lbs > 186lbs = 111lbs] Progress since January, 2019. Realized 185 was my original goal today, feels weird to be a single LB away! CICO + regular exercise (lifting, cardio later on). No food restrictions except added sugars & dairy. Gonna keep going until 8-10% body fat, then a bulk.
