Healthy Living: F/36/5’4’’ [212 > 139 = 73 lbs] 2.5 years. Dropped 50 in my 1st year on WW and stalled. Started working out last june 4-5 days a week doing strength training or cardio. No diet restrictions these days, just better choices most of the time...but I still really like pizza 🤪
