Healthy Living Progress Pictures: F/23/5’1” [148>128] = 20 lbs I just count my calories and I use MFP (~1200 calories). I try to cut sweets and foods that are high in carbohydrates. My goal weight is 120 lbs or lower by December. No exercise, maybe I will start running in October. Congratulations to GREAT results with my new FREE Cookbook!
