
Healthy Living Progress Pictures: F/24/5’5 [192lbs>167lbs=25lbs] 6 month progress. I’ve noticed I’m no longer losing weight. I do 30mins bike and 1 hour boxing per day, but I’m concerned because although I look fitter, the scales aren’t changing. Surely I’m too heavy for it to be changing directly to muscle. Any advice?
