Healthy Living Progress Pictures: F/33/5’7 [425 lbs > 382.6 lbs = 42.4 lbs] First time posting! Gave birth to second son 10/31/2020 and weighed around 425 lbs. Started doing very light exercises on 11/9 and have progressed back into normal cardio and strength training. As of today, I’m down another 15.4 lbs. Lots more work to do!
