Healthy Living Progress Pictures: F/29/5'7" [218lbs - 176lbs = 42lbs] (4.5 months) A little update. Progress has slowed a bit but I think this will just make the loss more sustainable in the long run. 134 days sober, much less bloat thanks to no beer! Weight training and training for a 5k ATM.
