Healthy Living: M/21/6’2”[235lbs>185lbs=50lbs] the first picture is at 16 y/o and the other one at 21. Thanks to puberty and the gym, when i lost weight i was at 160 but build up muscle to 185. Still proud today, still think I’m fat. It stays in your head.
