Healthy Living Progress Pictures: F/19/5'6 [185lbs > 175lbs = 10lbs] (2.5 months) I finished my freshman year of college 25lbs heavier than when I started. So far I've been able to steadily lose weight by practicing mindful-eating. I hope to lose the last 15lbs by Christmas! Even with just losing 10lbs my clothes feel much looser.
