Healthy Living: F/21/5'9" [259lbs > 230lbs = 29lbs] 3 months. Stress ate for years as a coping mechanism. Cut out most junk food and started controlling meal frequency and portion control. It’s been a long road learning to feel comfortable in my own skin. Goal weight is 180lbs, so 50lbs and a lot of toning to go!
