Healthy Living Progress Pictures: F/32/5'6" [172lbs > 119lbs = 53lbs] (13 months) postpartum weightloss after second kid. Followed a simple calories in/calories out diet and tried to get in 5-6 workouts a week, even if it was just simple bodyweight work while kids napped.
