Healthy Living: M/32/6'0 - 6 Months Progress [253lb/114.76kg → 192.9lb/87.5kg] Achieved through Healthier diet and reduced carbs on non-exercise days. Exercise 4-5 times a week (2-3 30 min HIIT sessions and 1-2 5km runs doing intervals). Still a little more to go but getting there! 😊
