Healthy Living Progress Pictures: F/28/5’5 [210 > 129 = 81 lost] (took about 12 months to lose the weight initially without working out. Added workouts when the pandemic started, about 24 months in between last two photos) Been a little too self critical lately. Sometimes it’s nice to look back and see how far you’ve come.
