Healthy Living: M/30/6'3" [412 lbs> 254 lbs = 158 lbs] (18 months) Goal weight is 180, just calorie counting (1200-1800 cals per day max, I usually always did 1200, and stretching sessions are all I have done for the weight loss, one cheat meal every 30 days really helped me!
