Healthy Living Progress Pictures: F/28/5’3” [169-163=5 lbs], a little over a month in and feeling really demoralized. I’ve been counting calories, doing cardio and weights almost every day and feel like I haven’t even made a dent. Im looking to lose around 35-40 pounds for my wedding in 08/2022.
