Healthy Living: F/31/5’5” [175 > 135 = 40lbs] 1.25 lbs per week is “too slow” until you’re 8 months in and 40 lbs down. The first time in my life that I’ve kept and achieved a New Year’s resolution!! Yes, I have loose skin, stretch marks, and flab. No, I don’t care. I DID THAT.
