Healthy Living: M/23/5’11” [265lbs > 209lbs = 56lbs] Lost 90 pounds in ten months (was at 175) and was skinny fat and very weak for a while. Got into the gym and started lifting everyday for 1 year and 6 months now. I’m happy with the progress but there is still progress to be made. It’s been 2 years and 7 months.
