Healthy Living Progress Pictures: F/41/5'7 [176 lbs > 143 lbs] started on the 8th of August this year. Today I reached my goal weight by counting calories and dancing 3 times a week. Not sure if I should lower the "bar" and try to lose 10 more or switch to maintainance or even try to build more muscle. Any advice ? Congratulations to GREAT results with my new FREE Cookbook!
