Healthy Living: F/30/5’9” [320 > 175 = 145] (3 years) have fat head syndrome so I’m happy that it’s sorta changed. Stopped weighing myself at 320. Having some insane body dysmorphia but otherwise happy I wear a size large in pants now! Ended a toxic marriage and looking forward to the future.
