Healthy Living Progress Pictures: F/20/5'7'' [178lbs>155lbs=23lbs] (1 year) Healthier diet + minimal exercise helped me gradually lose weight/inches. I was very self-conscious and never took pics so I struggled to find a "before" one (it's older). I'm now looking into fitness/strength training.
