Healthy Living Progress Pictures: F/28/5'4" [217 > 144 = 73] I started my weight loss journey in May 2022. I lost most of the weight by being in caloric deficit and doing cardio. I most recently took up running and do that 3x a week and I also go hiking every Saturdays and this has helped me break the plateau I was in.
