Healthy Living: M/32/5'11" [265>185 = 80LBS] This group has been crazy inspiring, love all the positivity. I decided to take some of life's struggles and use them as motivation. I aim for 6 workouts a week, but the biggest change was in my diet, and limiting fast food.
