Healthy Living Progress Pictures: F/29/5’1” [198 > 168 = -30] (10 months) I hit 30 pounds down today!!!!! 20 more to go. I started jogging 2 miles everyday three weeks ago and I have never felt so amazing. Stronger, faster, HAPPIER!
