Healthy Living Progress Pictures: F/41/5’7 [178 > 164 = 14 lbs] CICO/IF/10,000 steps, hula hoop, yoga, biking, anything to stay moving! 4 months between pics (although only serious for about 1 month before the 2nd pic).
