Healthy Living Progress Pictures: M/48/5'7"[410.5lbs>250lbs=160lbs] Been watching my carbs for 2+ years now. Nothing crazy, I just try to stay as close to 100 net carbs a day as I can. I also count calories religiously using MyFitnessPal. Last October I finally started walking. I could barely do a mile. This week I'll log 60 miles.
