Healthy Living Progress Pictures: M/35/6’2 [370lbs > 240lbs =130lbs] IF, Mealprep, powerlifting , hard work... I actually don’t really know how much fat I’ve lost as I never measured anything, the scale fluctuates but clothes sizes go down... I lift heavy daily, eat healthy, take supps and just go with it.
