Healthy Living: F/23/5’3” [155 lbs > 140 lbs = 15 lbs] (2 months) My biceps and shoulders have really developed well! I’ve lost 25 total but I didn’t take arm pictures at my heaviest. I want to get a lot stronger, I’m nowhere near done :)
