Healthy Living Progress Pictures: M/21/5’8” [251lbs > 172lbs = 79lbs] Started November 2018, ketogenic diet and OMAD, no exercise until 175lbs (roughly 9 months) and then started training a bit, been floating around 168lbs-175lbs since mid 2019.
