Healthy Living: F/27/5'3" [273lbs > 198lbs = 75 lbs] So I just reached One-derland...! Feels amazing! Mostly doing CICO with lots of walks. Lately I've been trying to walk at least 10000 steps/day. Planning to loose another 65lbs! Having major body dysmorphia most days, but my clothes are telling me the truth!
