Healthy Living Progress Pictures: F/23/5’5” [175 > 145 = 30lbs] 9 months. My starting weight was actually around 185-190 in January, but I don’t have a picture. Little cardio, heavy weights 3-4x week, calorie cycling + CICO. 40/30/30 Macros. Been somewhat maintaining for a couple months, but ready to lose the last 10-15 lbs!
