Healthy Living: M/46/6'2"[315lbs>195lbs=120lbs] 2 years Started with eliminating sugar, then simple carbs, then tracking calories. Couch to 5k, bodyweight HIIT training. The last 4 months I started lifting weights 5 days a week. Strength training has been key. I wish I'd started lifting weights earlier.
