Healthy Living: F/20/6’2” [315 > 265 = 50lbs] (Three long years) Mostly from changing from sedentary to lightly active. The last month and a half has been Keto, and exercising 5x/week! Also since starting keto, I’ve kicked my Type 2 Diabetes to the ground!!
