Healthy Living: F/21/5'5" [221>183= 38] (1.5 yr) Started off slowly losing the first 20lb by walking and eating better. Past summer made a commitment got a gym membership. Went 5-6 times a week all summer and started lifting and squatting! Still got a ways to go but definitely motivated!
