
Healthy Living Progress Pictures: F/28/5'8” [165lbs > 137lbs = 28lbs] hii… wanted to share an update on where I am right now. I gained like 7 lbs of fat in all the right places since I posted last time 🙂 HIIT workouts on my exercise bike is working extremely well.
