
Healthy Living Progress Pictures: M/29/6'1" [275 to 245 pounds = 30 pounds lost!] Only been about 2 and a half months but I've been running around the local lake everyday with my dog, doing pushups, drinking a SlimFast shake every morning and cut fast food and soda.
