
Healthy Living Progress Pictures: F/31/5'4" [217>167=50lbs] (14 months) I hit 50lbs down today after a year+ of work! I used ever-increasing exercise (bodyweight to now serious weight lifting 6x week & treadmill walking to now running 1-1½miles 6x week) paired with calorie counting (now at 1400cal/day).
