
Healthy Living Progress Pictures: F/20/5’7 [200>167>145.6=54.5lbs]. My highest weight was 220lbs back in December 2019 but I didn’t start losing the weight until January 2020. My back has always been an insecurity of mine so I’m definitely happier with the way it looks. Now it’s just time for me to start strength training.
