Healthy Living: F/33/5'9" [275lbs > 213lbs = 62lbs]. I stalled out a little over quarantine until I realized I was still eating as if I was working everyday and needed the extra energy. Cardio exercising 5-6 days/wk for 60 min. Also added in 16:8 IF earlier this month.
