Healthy Living: F/30/5’7” [350lbs > 184lbs = 166lbs] I ran my first 10k race under 75 minutes. I tried running when I was obese but always had shin pain. Now, I’m unstoppable! Thanks to eating low carb for almost 17 months, I’m in the best shape of my adult life and can be as active as I want.
