Healthy Living: M/30/5’9” [225lbs>189lbs] (5.5 months) I’ve struggled for years to lose the weight and to get healthier. I always told myself I’d do it by the time I was 30. I started my journey two months before hitting 30 and now I’ll never stop. Big thank you to to this sub and everyone on it for the motivation.
