Healthy Living: M/33/6'2" [367lbs > 213lbs = 154lbs] hit the 11 stone lost last week! still carrying alot of fat in the legs and stomach, another 30lbs left to go! Calorie counting and weight training, for 2.5 years, just starting to throw cardio in now (it was hard with the excess weight and dodgy knees before)
