Healthy Living: F/25/5’6” [161 - 146 = -15lbs] in 6 months. Got more consistent with my workouts/nutrition. Decreased cardio, increased HIIT & compound movements/supersets. Started loosely tracking my macros. Essentially adopted a much healthier lifestyle and I’ve never felt better! :)
